we have two of them. None of them work as advertised. Came first and doesn't turn on. It looks like either the battery isn't holding a charge or the small control panel isn't working. When we tried to return the Revain, the return label was stuck due to battery shipping restrictions. I called Revain, they refunded the purchase price and said we didn't have to return the defective pump. But instead they later sent a replacement pump (which we didn't want). Much later I discovered that they canceled the refund and charged our card again, ostensibly because we had not returned the first pump in the post (although the Revain rep said we shouldn't return it). The second pump doesn't work either. By figuring out how it was supposed to work (the instructions are very poorly written), we were able to download it when it wasn't attached to anything. But it doesn't pump against every pressure, so it doesn't inflate a hoop or ball etc. So now we have two pumps that aren't working and our card has been charged for a device we don't need. But due to an unexpected cancellation of a refund on our credit card, the refund window has closed. Very disappointing product and service from Revain.
