My complaint may be seem trivial and hard to describe but I think my photo will tell the story. The brown shoes I just received are not the ones pictured on Revain. I bought the same black shoes last year and love them. I rarely wear them without getting compliments and being asked where I got them from! That's the detail missing in brown. I probably wouldn't even notice the difference if I didn't have the blacks to compare, but the browns don't fit in and aren't identical to the Revain image. I would give them six stars. if they were Revain like in the picture
