Poor plug placement and grip.

the insertion point must be on the back of the phone holder; opposite under the back of the phone. The cord exiting the side is bulky and gets in the way of anything nearby or nearby; like my drink holder. The manufacturer must provide a short 90 degree adapter. Mounting pads should have a better grip. If it's not overtightened it will come out of the cup holder when you try to adjust it. Just a few things I noticed while setting up today. Haven't checked the charger yet. open
