Very good idea: Dashboard and Meter Lights
I bought these for my 1997 Toyota and they fit easily. Those things are bright too. Well, they're pretty bright! They're polarized, so you'll need to test them before you put everything back together, and rotate them 180 degrees if they don't light up. Did I mention they are bright? old record player with 8 volt bulbs. They're still very, very bright, and if you bend the wires a bit, the LEDs (blue part) fit snugly into the E10's screw base. Pictured are the original bulbs with LEDs, the back of my instrument cluster (I checked the polarity because I'm too lazy), the new bulbs working (in daylight) and finally the turntable socket.
