The ease in which you have access from anywhere at any time is amazing! You can set reminders for yourself or others about upcoming deadlines/milestones as well as keep up-to date records regarding status updates. I'm not sure if it's just me but sometimes when trying to get notifications that something has been updated there are issues where they don't always show up immediately after hitting send so we've had some communication problems. It would be nice to see progress more often than once every few weeks or months. We use this app mainly for bug tracking purposes however also help us manage our project portfolio (we're part of several government agencies) by keeping everyone aware of what new developments need attention first before moving forward down the road map. This helps ensure no major changes slip through without anyone else knowing until its too late. As stated above, being able to easily communicate across teams using various forms of emailing makes things much easier especially since most people seem to prefer text over phone.
