As attractive as this product is, it is poorly designed for the purpose. It slides all over the seat as the dog jumps in and out, although underneath is fabric with little ridges that look like they were made to grab a car seat. However, the fabric is so smooth that it helps the bed slide rather than stop it. The loop on the headboard through which you pass the seat belt does not impede the movement of the seat. And the hole in the backrest that goes over the seat's headrest is so big it gapes and falls down if the seat slides - you'd never guess that from the product photos. Finally, the filling doesn't move well in the pillow, so it always clumps on one side. I'll put a non-slip shelf pad under the seat to see if that helps and use pad pins to keep the back seat cover from sliding off, but I don't really need to do that for the product to function. . Attractiveness really doesn't matter if the product doesn't do its job well.
