Broken Accessory

The product seems to be defective or we have a defect this time. I bought this twice. The first time everything worked perfectly and was perfect. The one I just received seems to have a broken digitizer or something because it doesn't light up or show anything even though the phone is getting alerts and beeping. Now I have to wait and get the return approved so I can order a new one. .
