To be honest. I'm very skeptical by nature, but a friend gave me a Nanopro Immune Container along with Nanogreens and decided to give it a try. I'll admit I wasn't very committed at first as this was an acquired taste for me. Over time, I became more consistent and made a smoothie with both foods every morning for breakfast. I'm in my early 50's and understand that pain is becoming a part of everyday life, but noticed that after exercising (walking, light weight, cycling and strength training) the next day I actually felt good and had very little muscle pain. I also noticed that the pain I usually felt when I woke up gradually became a memory. (I'm not sure if this works the same for everyone, but I know this is my case.) This has been my routine for the last 8 months and I've never really thought about it, it was just part of my day. I thought I put in a Nanopro Immune canister, but that wasn't the case. It took me a few days to get a replacement and I have to admit that by day 3 I could hardly move, my muscles and joints were so sore that all I wanted to do was sleep. I was utterly miserable, limping, moaning in pain and wondering what was wrong with me and realizing that my Nanogreens without my Nanopro were like Batman without Robin. Luckily my order arrived that day, I immediately made a cocktail, took a quick nap and woke up feeling a lot better, so I quickly had some more. I was amazed that I didn't realize or appreciate the benefits until I stopped taking the product. I've definitely learned my lesson. I need my nanos and will never take my mobility for granted. I will always make sure I have a secret "stash".
