Great support while doing housework, etc. ORDER ONE SIZE UP!
In recent weeks, I've been doing many hours of cleaning and organizing around the home. At some points, my back was really hurting, so I started using this support. It's allowed me to continue doing the work that I need to do. I have used other supports in the past that weren't as good. This give excellent, firm support. Of course, it can be adjusted for less or more firmness.I followed the advice of others and ordered one size up, which turned out to be a good choice. Check the measurements that they provide, measure the waist of the person that will use it, then go up one size.
