Review on Lead.im by David Robinson

I like how easy it was to set up, manage my leads in an organized way with filters for different types of contacts (email/phone). The ability add multiple emails from 1 contact into email lists or groups makes this software very useful! It's not as intuitive at other programs but if you're used working within MS Office then learning will be easier than some others out there.- Ability create custom fields- Easy drag drop feature when creating new campaigns - Email templates are great too!! Not much dislike about anything yet so far we've been able solve our problems quickly by using their support team who were always available via chat / phone etc which has helped us get started quicker without any issues getting things setup correctly first time around!
