Best rest out there!

I love this for recovery after a really hard workout! It's simply the best thing I've found to combat the muscle soreness that can accompany such a grueling CrossFit rep set. It also works well after running and training for 10km and more. I know some complain that it's really sweet, so adding another supplement might help. I'm obsessed with grapes, but I also love watermelons.
