Best rest out there!

I love this for recovery after a really hard workout! It's simply the best thing I've found to combat the muscle soreness that can accompany such a grueling CrossFit rep set. It also works well after running and training for 10km and more. I know some complain that it's really sweet, so adding another supplement might help. I'm obsessed with grapes, but I also love watermelons.

Great taste, STAR results!

I have been using this brand of BCAA for several years now. I really can't praise this highly enough. I love the taste of the watermelon and the way it dissolves completely - no powder or sandy aftertaste. I can definitely say my productivity has increased and my recovery time is insanely fast. When I'm not using Tripep my recovery time is much longer. I love the fact that it helps reduce fatigue and also maintain muscle mass. You definitely can't go wrong with this BCAA brand!

Excellent complementary product

This product tastes good. I can use it alone or mix it with other supplements and it's not overly potent at all. I really like metabolic nutrition and I feel comfortable with their products so I will definitely buy them again. I need about 2 scoops for the best effect. But I'm also a person who can get sick very easily, especially on leg days. For best results, I typically drink two scoops to about 12-16 ounces of water, about a full shaker cup. And I drink it during training. And finish…
