This product tastes good. I can use it alone or mix it with other supplements and it's not overly potent at all. I really like metabolic nutrition and I feel comfortable with their products so I will definitely buy them again. I need about 2 scoops for the best effect. But I'm also a person who can get sick very easily, especially on leg days. For best results, I typically drink two scoops to about 12-16 ounces of water, about a full shaker cup. And I drink it during training. And finish whatever is left right after the workout if there is any left. I've found that if I don't drink, if a full dose of water doesn't work for me, so I can't just squirt a little bit of water, that goes hand in hand, that's this product. Would definitely recommend this to anyone struggling with post workout pain etc.
