The doorbell just connected to our system, the visual quality is good, but the sound from the doorbell speaker is very weak and hoarse. However, this may be due to our old internet router, so I will replace the router and see if this improves the quality of the connection. . If I want it to rotate in the opposite direction, the bracket AND the doorbell need to be swapped. that's why the video is upside down. Finally, the screw that attaches the bell to the bracket cannot be tightened enough to secure it. The bell will continue to pop out from the mount about 1/8 to 1/4 inch. If our bell got caught in rain and snow it would be a problem. However, ours is on the porch under a roof, so I don't expect a problem. That saves me from sending it back. Considering the cons I think it's a decent product but a little pricey for the quality.
