They are great for kids and adults when someone has bad weather with stuffy nose, colds etc. Not breathing and just seeming lethargic is awful so be sure to have something on hand if this comes up. Bath bombs are a bit small, but they make a nice crackling sound when placed in the bath. They instantly release a cooling, nose-cleansing scent that really brings relief. It's so wonderful to be able to just relax, breathe and feel better. It's not exactly a frugal bath bomb, but sometimes it's worth paying more for something that brings relief — and a cold. And flu drugs are expensive! I think it's worth a try, at least to see if it does what you need. Having a 5 pack is great as the common cold usually lasts for several days and this pack can help you get through the worst of it.
