Upgrade: Downgraded to one star because I called to have the missing part delivered as promised by the company but they never sent me the missing part : It has the Basic functions of a microwave - it's a microwave Cons: 1. It's very noisy I'm not talking about the oven, I'm talking about the buttons Every time I press the button there is a very loud beep! shoot right through my neighbor's walls why you possibly make beeps so loud? Is the demographic for this microwave oven elderly who can't hear? beep!2 It slides back and shifts every time I push the button to open the door. I'm making it as simple as possible, but it doesn't do t-values. It's annoying.3. Came with missing parts. I am currently awaiting her arrival from the company as Revain has been utterly useless in assisting with this issue. I'm not a fan in general due to the volume of the BEEPS button and the microwave sliding back every time I open it, but maybe that doesn't bother other people.
