I can slip my iphone 11 in the case with Lifeproof Flip. It's very tight and not light, but it fits. The touchscreen is difficult to use inside the case. It usually takes me 2 or 3 movements for the screen to respond. Face ID doesn't work either. Since FaceID is new to me, that's fine. That's handy, the phone doesn't jump when I'm walking. Haven't used headphones or a key holder yet. One thing I just noticed is that the bandage may not fit large hands. I don't train arms very often, so I can say that I have small biceps. I have the tape in slot B and the velcro barely comes out of the crease. I doubt it will fit my husband who is working out his arms.
