Review on 💇 Premium Replacement Head for MANGROOMER Do-It-Yourself Electric Back Hair Shaver by Karen Avery

Have had a Mangrumer for a few years and thought it was time to change the head. Removing the old head was easy enough (nothing broke), but I couldn't snap the new replacement head into place. It just didn't fit. Now I can't even put the old head back in. I suffered with both heads for about 15 minutes and threw the whole thing away. What a bad design. However, Mangroomer wasn't such a good product, I won't be buying any other. I will write to the company and see what happens but I do not recommend this product at all. Edit: I emailed the company and explained my frustration. They emailed me pretty quickly and said I have an older model so the replacement head doesn't fit. They offered to replace the old model at their expense. I submitted my information and received a new mangroomer (current model) a few weeks later. I am impressed. I have to give 5 stars for the company. Haven't used the replacement head yet - probably won't last another year so can't rate it. I would like the Revain description page to state that the replacement head is for the newer model and will not fit older models. I asked about it before ordering but couldn't find anything on the site and couldn't even tell if there were newer versions of the base model. Deduct stars for lack of information.
