Good value for money, I recommend.
Although it is a good value for the money, it does not give the impression of being particularly reliable, and I would not recommend it to persons who carry a lot of extra weight. But other than that, it's not too horrible, and you can sit comfortably. Assembly is not difficult, but the instructions are not clear.
