Lightweight fabric but it is a little rough to the touch on the outside of the dress. The inside is comfortable and does not scratch. A little lower cut that initially thought but not so low cut that it shows anything below the collar bones. Length is perfect and color is accurate, dark navy. Medium fits my daughter size 10-12 a little loosely but I think that is the way it’s supposed to fit. Size down if you want a tighter fit.
