I am completely satisfied with my purchase and recommend it to others! Thank you VIVOHOME for a well packaged delivery and a quality product! I've had it for a few weeks now but just unboxed it yesterday and made a couple of straighteners to try, so far so good. After much research and considering what I need (mostly the ironing process, the functions of mugs and hats are just nice to me), I read and compared many other reviews on this product and other products (thanks other people really have taken the time to share their feedback and experiences with the products they have purchased and used). I decided to try this VIVOHOME Upgrade 5 in 1 Combo (By the way, this product has YouTube videos from other users). And I'm completely satisfied! Arrived well packaged for protection. The machine and all attachments in the box are in excellent condition, brand new, with factory quality! Assembling the machine required no effort, I just took it out of the box, plugged in the power cord and here I am, starting hot pressing! The result is impressive, the process simple and effective! Just be careful not to touch the hot surface! The instructions that came with the machine don't go into too much detail, just bare bones to get you started. But a tabular representation of the temperature settings depending on the materials is very useful. To get the results you want, I recommend following this information in the guide. FYI/PS - I also bought Teflon hot press paper separately for embedding delicate fabrics as other recommendations have seen. Using Teflon paper helps protect delicate fabrics.
