Very easy to use! I am able to listen to sessions in Spanish while working remotely from home and still get the best audio quality possible with my setup. The only downside is that sometimes when you are listening it has to reload, which causes some delays. But overall this product was very useful during my internship. We were allowed to do our work outside so we could benefit even more by having a better experience. I like that it's easy enough in terms how simple you can add new words; however - having them include an option with all languages would be great so we don't need another program! They should keep adding more features every year because they're still improving what there has now!! Make sure this tool works well if your are only wanting one way communication into any conference call system as some will just show "no data connection" even though everyone else seems fine?!
