Razer Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard not working when connecting Synapse 3 account 1. Completely cleaned the system from the program and removed the keyboard and mouse drivers. 2. Tried to create different accounts in Synapse. 3. Completely deleted Synapse accounts and created a new one, making a complete cleaning of the system from the program. The keyboard stops working when you turn on the Synapse account. When Synapse is off, there is no problem. If you turned on the computer and the keyboard did not work. I tried turning off the synapse account and the keyboard worked again. The support service looked at my logs for more than a month, tormented me with various "advice" similar to try restarting the computer, but in the end they scored on me and did not help answering every time "we cannot reproduce your problem, therefore we cannot help you." It helps only forced disconnection of the keyboard from the USB port and reconnection. But this is very inconvenient every time you reboot and turn on the PC.
