Review on 🎮 Quad Charger for PS4 Controller with Upgrades - Ultimate Charging Station Dock by Jared Tovar

Seems to work well. It charges controllers and is compact so I can put it behind my TV so it doesn't get in the way. The box states that the icons that light up for each controller turn red while charging, which happens, and then turn green when charging. If it doesn't stay green, but for a short time, mine will turn blue again. No big deal, just a warning so no one thinks it's malfunctioning.
