Review on NexTec Group by Darryel Tokarczyk

The best part about this product is that it has an easy to use interface which makes things very simple even if you are new in using any of its tools like PSA or PSO etc., I have been working with them since last 4 years now so i know how they work but still when we need some additional features then there's nothing much better than contacting their support team who will surely help us out! Nothing majorly disliked as such at least not from my side personally!! If someone wants something extra just ask your sales rep/support person he /she might be able t give u more info regarding what exactly do require! We manage all our accounts within one platform where ever required customer can easily access his account information without having multiple logins into different platforms!!
