I needed a replacement remote for my 2010 F150 Supercrew 4x4. While the markings on the back aren't the same as the Ford, I can't tell any other difference in build quality or functionality. Looks and works the same as my 4 year old. Programming was easy: close all doors, open the driver's door and press the unlock button on the door. Click the locks to display programming mode. Put the key in the ignition and turn it on 8 times in quick succession, stopping in the run position on the 8th time. Instantly press any button on any remote you program (I did 3 at a time). After pressing any button on each remote control, the locks are activated. Do this for each remote in quick succession - within: 20 - and you're done. Instructions are included. Click on "View Product" under the programming icon once you have selected your vehicle etc. And the dealer wanted about $80 for a new one lol.
