This is the first time I've used a foaming cleansing toothpaste. The toothpaste I have consists of citrus baking soda, ultra fine mousse, deep cleansing gum, stain remover and also a natural mouthwash. First let me say that I am very impressed. At first I didn't think they gave enough instructions on how to use it, but I figured it out from the first use. First, I put the foam in my mouth as instructed. I swung around for about 30-60 seconds. It was some kind of pre-rinse liquid. It was also refreshing and the taste was good. After putting a spoonful of foam on my toothbrush, it worked very well. All I needed was a spoon. This toothpaste contains baking soda for stains, plaque. Ingredients also include citrus, glycerin and mint for freshness. There are 2 containers of this foaming toothpaste. I'll tell you it works. It really cleaned my teeth, helped remove food debris, and helped get rid of coffee stains. I will use it throughout the day to refresh my mouth and minimize stains on my teeth.
