After reading the reviews I was hesitant to buy this but I'm glad I took the risk. These are plastic frames but they are very strong and comfortable even on my huge head. The lenses deliver just the right amount of amber tint that isn't too distracting or throwing too much white on the screen. The lenses have very low magnification which I found annoying at first and they gave me an initial headache that a new eye prescription causes. I wore and undressed the first day, and though, boy, was it a mistake. But since then I can wear them any way I want and never have problems with dizziness or headaches like with new glasses. I feel like a little magnification makes things clearer and my eyes don't strain to see anything. I feel much calmer when looking at the screen and I feel like I'm looking at the screen a lot longer than before. I've only had a few days so haven't tried using them at night (used at work) but would be curious if they actually reduce blue light enough to alleviate my sleep issues. I'm hard to please, but they really impress me.
