Easy to use (on both sides), great customer support who is always available quickly if you have any questions at all! The price can be expensive depending how many users there are in your organization. If it's for small business purposes then this might not work perfectly yet but I believe they will get better over time because of their dedication towards supporting customers fully throughout Europe. Great product that really helps us out as we're running our own call center operation here so being able to help clients remotely has been fantastic and easy. Easy to use. Has a mobile app that makes managing faxes easy. The interface is very simple, and not very intuitive. The way the interface is set up, it's hard to know how to do things like check the status of a fax, or send a fax. It's good to be able to send faxes from anywhere, even if it's not connected to the internet. I'm able to use my phone to send faxes, which I love! I can use my phone as a fax machine, which saves time.
