RPi Medical Transcription - Great Service, Simple Software

This service has been our main transcription company for over a year and has been great to work with. The work flow is simple and efficient. The customer service has been great. We are a small company with a small customer service department and the RPI customer service department has been a great addition. I would say the best part is the work flow. This company has been a great fit for our needs. We didn't have a transcription service in the area and our customers have been great to work with. We are currently looking for a transcription company to work with to get started on a new transcription service in our area. We have a great customer service department to work with. I would say the overall work flow is simple. We were looking for a transcription company to work with to get our transcription started. This company has been a great I like the ease of use of the software. It is very easy to navigate and the software is very intuitive. I haven't found anything I dislike. I have used other medical transcription software and I find this one to be the easiest to use. The software is easy to navigate and the customer service is great. I am able to use this software for my medical transcription needs. I am able to get my medical transcription done quickly and efficiently.

Pros
  • Great Customer Service, Easy Work FlowThe system works well as faras running through documents goes.I'm not sure if it's easier than others but that doesn’t matter much when you're just doing basic transcriptions anyway..It does what we need without too many problems or issues..it also helps keep track where things go at least

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
