I love how easy it was for me as well as my team members to use! It's simple yet effective in helping us keep track of our tasks within one place without having different tools or applications open at once time. Sometimes we have trouble figuring out what needs attention next but this program has helped so much since there are many features available such as creating reminders which helps when needed most. We can easily access everything from project management right down to client communication by using only 1 application instead of opening up several programs separately. This really cuts back on unnecessary distractions while still being able to stay productive throughout each day. I love how easy it was for me as a customer service rep to set up my business account so that we can communicate via chat at any time of day or night (website isn't always accessible). This has helped us solve many issues in just minutes! There's not much there yet but this tool gives our team great communication tools when needed most. It helps keep track of every incoming call received by each agent who works from home during their shift hours.
