I like that it is easy to use, has a lot of flexibility in terms of what you can do with your data (including custom fields), allows for multiple users, provides reporting out-of-the-box, and integrates well with other SaaS products. I love that it is user friendly, easy to navigate through as well has an intuitive interface!
