I bought this brush mainly to exfoliate my beard as I was dealing with those crazy red spots that are neither infected/ingrown hairs nor razor bumps. I can't tell you that this brush helped me with my problem, in fact I had to get a prescription because nothing I've tried (and I'm a big skincare fan) didn't help. However, I love the brush. It is very well made, the bristles are perfect, the size and hand feel are perfect. Once I get my skin under control I will be growing a beard again and look forward to using it for years to come! If other reviews make you hesitant to buy this brush, ignore them. The brush is great. Zero problems with that.
