These frames are great for those who, like me, prefer a framed photo to be the center of attention rather than a frame. I ordered 6 and was so pleased with their stylish look that I immediately ordered 6 more.” After reading some of the reviews I was concerned that the shipping might be broken but mine arrived in perfect condition. The frames were packaged very well. Each frame was tightly wrapped in cellophane, the frames in the shipping box were wrapped in bubble wrap with extra large bubbles, and the box was completely filled with frame and bubble wrap. The frames could not move in the box during shipping and were well protected in the box. Also, the box clearly stated that it contained glass. That doesn't mean that there will never be a breakdown, but the shipper did everything possible to prevent it. I didn't know what to expect so I'll give a brief description for others who might be interested. The bezels look like a very flat box with glass on the front and black plastic on the back. The back is prepared to hang the frame in both portrait and landscape orientation, allowing the frame to stand freely on a flat surface. The frame is front-loaded, which means you remove the glass, place your photo in the frame, and then reinsert the glass. This is easy to do and good instructions are included in the frames showing how to do it. After that, after a few seconds, you will have others ready. One caveat: make sure the frame is in the correct position when inserting the photo so it doesn't hang upside down. Otherwise you have to repeat the process. I speak from experience.
