I scoured the internet because I wanted a Gortex raincoat, not a jacket, light enough for people in cars to see me in the dark and in the rain. Bought a size up so I can wear something warm underneath but not too hot in warmer rainy weather. The search lasted two hours. It's great, light and very well made. The color is blue-red, beautiful, and raindrops collect on it and fall. Love the velcro and zipper on the front - the velcro makes it easy and quick to close and it can be zipped up to keep it fully waterproof. However, the velcro on the zippered pockets doesn't work for me because it gets caught on the knitted gloves I keep in my pockets, so I took it off. Where I live, a good raincoat is a treasure, and this one is definitely a treasure.
