I have several rental properties and have had such good results that I try to use Hunter fans in all of my properties. When I finished installing this fan, there was an intermittent noise as the fan blades were spinning. Someone in the fan manufacture secured the two wires with a small white zip tie. It was 2 inches too long and instead of cutting off the excess they left it and it fell into the spinning part of the fan making unwanted noise. The repair required almost complete disassembly. That was very annoying and unnecessary. Collectors, beware!
