Many issues with this unit, both electronic and functional, will be returned to Revain per our return policy. First, there are electronic issues; The thermostat is not accurate at all and the heater does not maintain a stable temperature. When comparing the displayed temperature (using the included Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion chart) to a digital cooking thermometer, the water was often 5-8 degrees much hotter, which seemed totally unacceptable - 113 degrees is way too hot. When measuring the temperature, I took it in several places with and without air and continued to vibrate. I regularly use the hot tub at the gym and 104 is hot as far as I can stand. The spa sometimes turns itself off after 10-15 minutes without pressing the timer button, when pressed the instructions say 20 minutes by default. Sometimes the bubbles will turn themselves on when the vibration is on to keep the water circulating and the temperature fairly constant, but that doesn't work on this model. For safety reasons, I just don't trust this model of Kendal FBD720 foot massager, especially with the faulty thermostat. For physical problems "oxygen bubble massage"; What a waste, not enough pressure. If you need more effective bubbles, purchase an inexpensive aquarium air pump, plastic hose, air stone, or other device and place it in any hot tub. I wear size 11 shoes, there is very little space inside to effectively use the removable pads near the heel. When I start moving on the pad, my toes rest on the top. I don't understand how this spa can fit up to 14 comfortable shoes or anything bigger than my foot. There is a Stim Node on top of the heater, useless because the herb container in front of the heater is in the way. I've tried rubbing my leg to the side, but that's not very effective either. For men I find it uncomfortable to sit in the bath with feet so close together for 20-30 minutes, women should have no problem. On the positive side, the tub drains well with the supplied hose and is easy to clean. After looking at many different foot spas I was very excited to see this model work but after about 6 uses it is very unreliable. and insecure. I could get a lemon for electronics but due to physical issues I will be switching to another product.
