Review on Kimberly Clark 44171 Straight Compatible Thickness by Brenda Naple

First of all, I'm a handyman, not a builder. I used this on a recent door replacement and it worked well. The backing peeled off easily and the caulking tape adhered very well to the tyvek but not so well to the drywall. this is to be expected due to the calcareous-porous nature of the material. It's not the band's fault, but it surprised me a little until I thought about it. The contractor would probably have known this beforehand. It comes in a box with 6 individually wrapped rolls of tape. It is easy to work with and holds up very well. So be careful when handling :) I spent a bit of tape not being careful one day. Overall this is a great product and good value for a brand name. I'm not a user often enough to really comment on how much better this is than any other generic homeware brand, but it feels like a quality product. .
