I buy hundreds of these and test my connections with a professional data connection analyzer. Haven't had a single failure yet. Recommended tools and tips, insert the wires into the flip plastic according to your color code, small tube locking pliers or similar to snap the plastic to the connector pins with the wires in place, a small wire cutter to trim excess wires, done. A small zipper is optional. The instructions are similar to the video provided, but the tube blocking pliers really help get the wires into the pins. Please note that these connectors are for CAT6 cable. Don't buy it for Category 5 and say it's fake. Get the right plugs for the right cables to avoid confusion.
