At first all settings were fine but when I turned it back on it wouldn't connect to my Android phone until I went into settings to download files, and then I could see. Sometimes when I received an alert, I was NOT able to view the incident until I uploaded the files again, wasting valuable time trying to determine the cause of the alert. The speaker on the camera lagged and was quiet. When tracked, it stayed at the last tracking position without returning to its original position. It doesn't move 360 degrees, up and down and maybe 180 degrees side to side as advertised, and invert the image. Directional arrow on application lags in real time or does not respond at all. If you want an inexpensive outdoor camera that has issues, buy it. as they say "you get what you pay for, buy cheap, get cheap performance"
