Review on 💙 Classic Rockabilly Blue Hair Dye by MANIC PANIC by Michelle Vargas

I ordered to try my own version of the homemade blonde hair toner and I can't stress enough that this blue is POWERFUL as opposed to purple where you add a quarter teaspoon and you only 1 tiny drop in a cup of conditioner and your conditioner will be as saturated as the ocean. The color is beautiful, I won't leave 1 star for the actual color or formula: it's 5 stars in that regard. I give them 1 star for their ability to color hair (an unwanted orange color, I tried it along with an orange conditioner and it turned BLUE like a mermaid and not light blue like with conditioner: it turns DARK True Blue with only 3 drops of light blue in conditioner, definitely a very LONG LASTING pastel colour, it only lasted 10 minutes I think 1 drop in a cup of conditioner for 3 minutes (where it's barely visible) might do the trick but I don't want to risk it again !
