Some good, some mediocre
I understand why some people have trouble getting everything right. I won't try to explain, just saying that some mechanical skill is recommended. Everything super cheap. The wheels don't really roll like wagon wheels. All in all I have to admit this is a beautiful block. Don't plan to use it like a real bar cart. Our problem was the lack of space in the closet. This is a great way to create extra storage space.
