I needed to replace a large leather wallet I bought in Germany in 2006 which had two zipped coin compartments. My biggest concerns when ordering this replacement wallet were: (a) the single compartment coin pocket doesn't hold enough coins to be useful, (b) fewer card slots, and (c) the durability of lambskin leather. ADVANTAGES (a) A coin pocket is large enough to hold two or three dollar coins and actually holds coins more securely thanks to the zippered flap. (b) Enough slots (3 front + 3 rear). section) for my most used cards and a separate space for my driver's license. I cut off the cards I use less often to fill the clear plastic card holders and slide out a few cards I've been carrying around (mainly loyalty cards). This has made the wallet more compact and thinner, which is actually a good thing. (c) I haven't had a wallet long enough to appreciate the durability of lambskin, but it's definitely thinner than my old leather wallet. It also feels softer and stretches better than traditional leather, allowing me to fit full-size cards into six slots without straining or tearing holes. CONS Not much: Less card slots and thinner material are the only ones that immediately come to mind. . Considering the price, these small flaws are not unexpected.
