Installation was relatively easy. The pre-fitted earbuds proved to be the most comfortable for me, so I gave the rest to my husband to use with something he was having trouble with. The sound quality is pretty good. It can't be compared to other brands of headphones I have, but it's still way better than any cheaper model I've used. The only real issue I had is that it's a bit sharper than I'd like. I found that I couldn't wear them long enough before the batteries died. They would be better for those who don't have sensitive skin like mine. I have very sensitive skin so there are some things that irritate me that other people wouldn't bother.
