Review on Huaxu by Sean Franklin

Although it is commendable that Huaxu is dedicated to delivering high-quality products as well as excellent customer service, the most recent interaction I had with the company did not live up to my expectations. In spite of the fact that they assured me the product I would receive would be of high quality, I was forced to go through a number of hoops in order to get a replacement. Their customer support was slow to respond, and it took significantly more time than expected to find a solution to the problem. In addition, their website could use some improvements in terms of organization and navigation in order to provide a more streamlined purchasing experience. In general, Huaxu has potential, but there are definitely some areas in which they can make improvements, and I would give them a second thought before making another purchase from them.
