UPDATED OCTOBER 2020Second mouse of the same brand and style, bought again by mistake in early October 2020 Same problems as previous mouse. It didn't work right away. These things are 100% junk, it's definitely a mouse. Left work, went to the store and bought another mouse, came back and plugged in a USB wireless connector for the mouse. The new one works perfectly, no problems at all. DO NOT BUY OR NEED UPDATE. ALL IT DOES IS PERMANENTLY OPEN DIALOG BOXES WHEN YOU STOP MOUSE MOVEMENT. THIS IS TOTALLY USELESS. CANNOT OPEN ANYTHING BECAUSE WHEN YOU TRY TO PRESS TO OPEN A WINDOW, SEVERAL DIALOG WINDOWS OPEN. THIS IS A MOUSE. CONNECTED TO MY OLD MOUSE - NO PROBLEM SO THIS IS NOT A WINDOWS OR COMPUTER PROBLEM. MOISE – A BIT OF CHARACTER The mouse is hardly doing well. Batteries are not included, which is a rarity these days. The biggest problem is automatically opening windows or dialogs due to auto-hover. I've searched the web and Windows 10 blogs for various ways to stop this. Nothing seems to work. The included documentation/instructions are not minimal. It was cheap so you get what you pay for. I will not recommend or purchase anything from this company in the future.
