Fleece lined sleeves. I read a review that said it wasn't. Fleece lined sleeves always get stuck in shirt sleeves and my 7 year old had trouble putting them on. The child should be able to put on a coat and not fiddle with the sleeves. However, if you like this type of coat and it doesn't get in the way of your child, that would be great. Quality and materials were excellent. I ended up sending it back because of the wrong description and nothing from the seller claiming the sleeves are fleece lined.
