Excellent practice
I was horrified to discover that I am allergic to hazelnuts. I didn't feel safe with my Epi Pen and neither did my family, but we practiced with it. And just yesterday I went into anaphylactic shock and lost consciousness. My father saved my life. So glad we all found out about this
