The box arrived intact and the products were in good condition when they arrived. I ordered this primarily to organize my 32oz Nalgene bottles and I read in the Q&A that they fit, and yes they do, but only at the top level if you stack them . As you can see from the photos, if you don't have too many large Nalgene bottles, you can just put them on the top tier and any other bottles/cups on the bottom tier. However, if you try to store Nalgene bottles on the bottom tier, the shelf height will be too short and the top tier will be on top of your Nalgene bottles (Photos 2 and 4). I will be returning these as I mostly have Nalgene bottles but this is a great way to keep your bottles organized if you have different types of bottles. The material feels very strong and thick and not too heavy.
