They are INCREDIBLY soft, just how I love my pillows. Hard pillows cause severe neck pain and headaches in the morning. I like to sleep on my stomach, but sometimes I also lie on my left side. I can finally make myself comfortable and I don't want to get out of this bed anymore. I bought four packs and my kids love them too and I'm the kind of mom who would feel guilty about having something so comfortable if they didn't have the same so I feel good knowing they do are cozy and comfortable. I was surprised when I received a small box and thought there was only supposed to be one pillow and wondered why they were sent separately; I opened the box and pulled out four pillows, vacuum sealed and rolled in strong plastic. So if you order a few and get a small box, don't be discouraged. Be sure to read the instructions. These pillows feel uncomfortable at first because they contain beads (I don't feel any individual beads, just a very soft pillow, that's weird). Make sure you read the instructions. You have to cut the plastic and let it expand, fluff it up and spread out the beads (I slapped and slapped them which was fun) and then you have to wait 15-20 minutes for optimal use. I'm very stingy and wouldn't spend $50 on pillows, but I have no regrets. buy you. They are amazing.
